Everybody is looking for magic: See the thing is there are no magical results only magical efforts. You don’t expect your land to bear good fruit if you won’t till, water and use ‘manure’ at the appropriate times.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. You are not consistent: you start, you stop. You start after 3 days, you stop again. No nne, be consistent. Keep your body in an active calorie burning mode. Even your body will give up on you at that rate.⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. You don’t have any plan: so you just wake up and say you will lose weight ‘mislaid’ no strategy, no plan, no goal map? Sister kole werk. You will be at square 1 for a very long time.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. You keep comparing yourself to other people: comparison is a thief of joy and if you keep brooding over other people’s progress you won’t move far. You know why? How you feel about yourself and your journey/progress has a huge role to play in your results. Positivity is key.⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. You think you can eat anything and get away with it: so because your fit bit told you you burned 1500 calories you now eat as you like. Weh done Ma�� .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
